The Society of Actuaries (SOA) Research Institute and LIMRA have expanded the Experience Studies Pro program and implemented a new subscription model to better serve members and the industry.
This new subscription program currently has commitments from over 30 life insurance and annuity companies, representing nearly 80% of in-force premiums in the U.S. Together, these companies will help guide the industry in producing experience studies in support of adequate pricing and reserving across multiple product lines and risk factors.
Under this new model, the SOA Research Institute and LIMRA plan to release 5-7 studies each year, with access available to all subscribing companies.
